Ardireo operates Multiple Sclerosis Fatigue-Fix , MS Relapse Tool, and The Plant Process Apps (the "Application"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users.

Personal Information Collection And Use

While using the Application, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. This information helps create the most accurate algorithm for our applications. 

Some data entered will fall into the category “Restricted Data” meaning the data will not be shared. Restricted Data includes your email address, account password, and date of birth. 

All other data voluntarily input into the Application is deemed “Shareable Data” meaning the data can be shared with any third-party Ardireo is connected to at Ardireo’s discretion in an anonymous format. Content included in “Shareable Data” includes, biographical information, information pertaining to symptoms, treatment, disease management, any free form text field, and all other entered information except those deemed as Restricted. The purpose of sharing data with third parties is to advance research and further the knowledge pertaining to MS patients and MS in general. 

Ardireo may use both Sharable and Restricted data along with Services Used as needed to maintain a functioning Application and Site as well as provide the best services to our users through research and education.

Ardireo may share a user’s Shareable and Restricted data where required by law, in the case of an emergency, or in the event of acquisition of the Application by another company. 

Log Data

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site ("Log Data").

This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this data. 


Communications

We may use your email address to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that aims to help educate and treat MS patients. This is within the stated use of Restricted data within the company.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2/15/18 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
